A proud honors graduate of West Babylon High School and the University of South Florida, Brian’s journey began with a passion for business and digital marketing. Over time, that passion evolved into a mission: to lead with integrity, inspire confidence, and create lasting impact through innovation, mentorship, and personal connection.

As CEO of Rvv Corp, Brian channels his entrepreneurial expertise into helping brands grow authentically and scale strategically. His leadership is defined by vision, empathy, and an unwavering belief in people—qualities that contributed to the successful exits of Troiano Property Solutions, Inc. and Troiano International, Inc.

But beyond business, Brian’s true calling is mentorship. A dedicated Little League coach and Board Member at Keystone Little League, he has led young athletes to championship victories, including the 2024 Keystone Yankees and the 8U All-Star team. For Brian, coaching is more than just baseball—it’s about instilling confidence, character, and the mindset to achieve greatness both on and off the field.

At the core of everything he does is his faith. A born-again Christian and active member of Grace Family Church and Tampa Church of Christ, Brian lives to serve with humility and conviction. Whether leading men’s Bible studies or engaging in community outreach, his mission is clear: to walk in faith and lift others along the way.

Above all, Brian’s greatest pride is his family. A devoted husband of 19 years and father to three amazing children, he sees every role—business leader, coach, mentor, and servant—as part of a greater purpose: to make a difference, build others up, and leave a lasting legacy of impact.
